About the Wild Soul Retreat

Experience a wild soul retreat in the gorgeous Flinders Ranges of South Australia. This 3-day, 3-night guided private retreat is designed to help you awaken your sacred medicine, taking you on a journey of magic, wonder and celebration.

a retreat for women

Each retreat experience is completely personalized, for a full immersion. Come with an open heart and mind and leave with long-lasting peace and treasured memories.

“Breakthroughs happen when limiting thoughts and behaviors are challenged.” — Fabienne Fredrickson

What to look forward to:

Experience powerful healing in a sacred medicine circle, learn a sacred space prayer, make your own sand painting, build a sacred shamanic travel altar (craft ingredients will be provided), gaze deeply into our campfires at night (weather permitting), create beautiful and unique craft projects (to take home), walk in the footsteps of ancient tribes, and much more. You will also receive a beautiful crafted take-home gift inclusive of my very own crystal-infused sacred flower essences.

I will hold space for you to embrace your gorgeous wild soul that is calling you to play and dance to the beat of your own heart.

This is a time for transformation and celebration

To release the old for new creation

When you’re ready to shed the pain and let go of the vain

You’ll spark your magic with no words to explain

Your wild soul urges you to take a chance

To reawaken your sacred medicine dance

It’s time — take the leap

And experience this immersion — go deep

You will laugh, cry, dance, rest, sleep, craft, walk, have alone time, enjoy silence, journal and celebrate all of you.

You will remember and rediscover your sacred medicine—that part of you that is yearning to come out and play to her heart’s wild calling.

You will make peace with suffering, pain and betrayal and realign your vision to joy, love and celebration of all that is good.

What about food and beverages?

This retreat is fully catered to suit your dietary needs (you will be able to advise me about any requirements before making the booking).

You will be sleeping in a comfortable swag under the brilliant Milky Way in outback South Australia.

(The swag is enclosed, like a tent.) If you prefer, you can bring your own sleeping bag, tent, caravan, swag or tarp.

“Every challenge you encounter in life is a fork in the road. You have the choice to choose which way to go – backward, forward, breakdown or breakthrough.”

― Ifeanyi Enoch Onuoha

What to bring:

  • An open mind
  • A forgiving heart
  • Pens & a journal
  • Crystals, feathers, beads and old junk bracelets for our craft projects (if you have them)
  • Special shawls / pieces of clothing that help you feel safe / empowered (optional)
  • Your own bed / sleeping pod arrangement (optional)
  • Comfortable clothes for outdoors. Autumn and winter temperatures in the Flinders Ranges can range from 0 Celsius at night to around 20+ Celsius during the day. I suggest you bring layers that can be put on or taken off with ease. Merino wool clothes are my personal favorite. I buy mine from ioMerino.
  • A beanie / hat / shawl for windy, cold days
  • Toiletries
  • Subscription meds / glasses

Average Temperatures in the Flinders:

  • Autumn—5C to 27C
  • Winter—3C to 15C
  • Spring—15C to 27C

A note about our outback location:

We are situated a 5-hour drive north of Adelaide city, in the northern Flinders Ranges. We live on a large sheep station that focuses on tourism and is a popular destination for grey nomads and overseas tourists who value wide open spaces, adventure, animals and nature. The views are epic and the sound of silence is incredible—especially if you’ve never experienced this before. Summers here are incredibly hot. But autumn, winter and spring are simply amazing.

If you crave the great outdoors and love peace, quiet and solitude you’ll be right at home with us. We are guardians to 3 rescue pet sheep, 1 rescue pet goat, chickens, ducks and a gorgeous wild, tame cat.

We do not have flowing town water. We’re also fully off grid. The area is classed as outback. Water around here is precious. We don’t waste it. We would appreciate if you could refrain from showering daily. If you have to, please limit your usage to no more than 5-10 liters a day. We can offer you wet wipes or a bowl of warm water to stay clean. Trust me, you’ll be just as clean as with a daily shower. Showering less frequent is better for your skin and the environment. We do have solar generators for you to charge your phone if need be. For full privacy and comfort you’ll have access to your own private composting toilet (water & odour free).

In order to give you the best possible wild quest immersion, it would be great if you can abstain from drinking alcohol or taking any drugs during our time together. You will have access to a selection of teas, coffee, and water.

What is my investment?
